Hello, my name is Lea and I’m excited to help with your journey to a healthier and wealthier you.

I’m super excited that you have decided to visit my Skinny Fiber Business and Health blog, thank you.

As your business partner …

I am the Christian work at home mom of 3 children and wife to one very patient hubby. I have been a Skinny Fiber distributor for over 3 years, and have a tremendous amount of knowledge and experiences to share with you. Please feel free to Contact me with any questions you have and if / when you need any help.

As your weight loss coach …

  • I believe in natural weight loss through healthy lifestyle changes. This means long term changes in health opposed to just crash dieting and doing what you want for short term results. This includes taking Skinny Fiber or Skinny Body Max, as well as healthy food choices, proper hydration, emotional health, sleep and becoming more physically active in life in addition to just exercising a few minutes a day. The goal is changes in habits that result in a lifetime of long term weight loss results.
  • Unlike some of the others, I prefer not to share recipes that are bad for you especially those with sugar, white flour and other unhealthy ingredients. Yes, no one is perfect and sometimes we feel the need to “treat” with certain foods, but sugar is the cocaine of the food industry and eliminating harmful processed foods from our diet is part of the “solution”to the obesity epidemic and diseases.  This includes table sugar as well as the sugar hidden under different ingredient names in the foods that you eat each day. I believe that changes like these are just as detrimental to your health as your weight loss. If you want to lose weight … if you want to be healthier … get the sugar out of your diet and teach other family members how to do it, too. There are other types of “bad foods” that I mention throughout this blog and give suggestions for healthy alternatives, but sugar is #1 on the list.

I look forward to being a part of your journey and our helping a lot of other people in the process!
