Roasted Turnip Recipe

Ingredients:

½ fresh turnip cubed
1 garlic clove
Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Sliced fresh ginger (thumb nail sized piece)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400.

Slice about a ¼ of a fresh ginger, a garlic clove and mix in with the turnips.

Sprinkle with black pepper and drizzle olive oil over turnips.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
